Bob Arnold is a professional executive with over forty years of management experience in industrial sales, design, service, and manufacturing for the leading international manufacturer of valve actuators, Rotork (www.Rotork.com).  As a UK PLC Director, he was directly involved with profitable growth of the business, acquisitions, corporate governance, strategy, health and safety, risk assessment, product road map, and corporate ethics. 

International growth in the Americas came through the use of strategic representatives, acquisitions and direct sales/service/distribution presence in Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Chile and Venezuela.  His expertise includes developing and implementing the sales, marketing and business plans needed for growth.

Success has been driven by customer focus.  Support is necessary from the initial contact through after sales service.  Bob has been able to establish loyal customers by being able to say "Yes" and deliver on that promise. 

By managing eight manufacturing plants in the USA, he has developed expertise in flowlines, lean manufacturing, MRP, health and safety, and plant operations. 

With a background in Engineering and Quality, Bob has always been focused on product development, technology, solving site problems, and delivering a product the customer is happy with.
